Welcome to us, the place where your dream dress is waiting for you! We understand the importance of finding the perfect dress for your big day, so we offer several options to make your search as pleasant and effective as possible.

Here are your four options:
1. spontaneous visit without an appointment:
Feel free to drop by during our opening hours without making an appointment. If we are available, we will be happy to let you know. If we are already in a consultation, we ask for your understanding that you may have to wait a short time or return later. Of course, you can go ahead and make an appointment directly on-site.
2. Free appointment with consultation:
If you would like individual advice, we recommend booking a free appointment with us. Our counsellors are here to help you. So that you know, there may be occasional short interruptions to greet other customers or deal with telephone enquiries.
3. exclusive bridal boutique booking (Wednesday & Thursday):
On Wednesdays and Thursdays, we offer you the opportunity to reserve the boutique exclusively for you within opening hours. During these two hours, everything revolves around you and your wishes. Your consultant will take care of you exclusively, and the boutique will be closed to others during this time. This service costs €49, which will be deducted in full from the purchase price if you buy on the day.
4. exclusive boutique reservations outside regular opening hours (Tue-Fri & Sat):
For an even more intimate experience, we also offer reservations outside of regular opening hours. On selected days and times, you can have the boutique to yourself. We charge a fee of €99, of which €49 will be deducted from the purchase price if you purchase on the same day.

Fee-based appointment booking:
If you choose a fee-based reservation, follow these three steps to make a binding booking:
Step 1: Request your desired date via the contact form, email, or phone. IMPORTANT: Tell us which appointment you want us to reserve.
Step 2: Just to let you know, your desired date is available.
Step 3: You will receive the booking confirmation from us by e-mail or directly in person at the shop. You then pay the fee within 48 hours to confirm your reservation. Once we receive the payment, we will confirm your reservation.
Tips for your appointment
1) Start looking early, many dresses have long delivery times.
2) Don't put pressure on yourself, choosing a dress is fun and enjoyable.
3) Think about who you want to take with you.

How many opinions do you really need? Too many people can be unsettling
4) If you are looking for a short dress, feel free to bring sample shoes and if you feel more comfortable, wear tights.
And finally, a request from our side: many dresses have to be put on over the head, please avoid make-up and lipstick if possible.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Cancellations:
You can cancel an appointment up to 72 hours in advance. Later cancellations are unfortunately not possible for organisational reasons. The booking fee will be refunded within 5-8 working days.
Rescheduling:
Up to the evening before +49 241 90101594 you can postpone your appointment a maximum of two times by email. A refund of the booking fee is not possible after the first rescheduling. The fee will be retained as a handling fee.
Sunday:
Due to German law, shop reservations are not possible on Sundays, as retail outlets are closed on these days.
Crediting of the fee:
The fee will only be credited towards the purchase of a wedding dress. Wedding dresses from sales or special items are excluded from this.
Evening Gown Reservation:
The boutique reservation is for wedding dresses only. If you are looking for an evening dress, please make a complimentary appointment.
Appointment Duration:
We plan two hours for a bridal fashion appointment and one hour for an evening gown. Overruns are only possible for a chargeable appointment if there are no subsequent appointments and will be charged at 49€ / hour.
